Nicolas gave me a great estimate on materials and labor, as well as the timeframe that it would be finished in. He was very professional and arrived on time every day. I actually sat and watched him apply his trade for a few hours and was very impressed. My Kitchen now looks great, and it added some value to my house. I highly recommend and would hire again for another job when needed.

Nick did an awesome job on my bathroom remodel (which included installing a door, building a ramp, tiling, painting, installing a grab bar, and hanging a cabinet.) He communicated well, arrived on time, and went above and beyond to insure a great final result. I was very pleased with his attitude, work ethic, and honesty, and highly recommend him. He even came back and did some extra finishing work for free!

Scope of work at 23228 zip code, Loosened outdoor deck attached to the house, 80 linear feet. Replaced rotten band board. Blocked and braced in crawl space area between floor joists at the sill plate. Installed proper flashing for the deck. Replaced 30 year old hardboard siding with fiber cement siding. Properly reattached existing deck to the house. Once meeting Nick and discovering he has a strong background in custom cabinet making, measuring twice and cutting once. Very agile to bend and move to get into tight places with a hammer, saw and drill. Displays solid core values for business philosophy and personal relationships with superior ties to his family. He is also steadily on the job site preforming the work. Built To Last Construction, Nicholas Deruosi will be the only person that I will call when any carpentry repairs or modifications are needed, no matter how big or small. I can't say enough good things about Nick and his team! He finished our large basement gym with framed walls, drywall, a flooring install, and trim. Each phase of the construction was incredibly smooth. Nick himself is a rockstar - he's a great guy, beyond talented, and a thoughtful problem solver. We appreciated his strategic approach to the job and he recommended things we hadn't thought about to make the space better and more functional. His pricing was also very fair, and his team is top notch. My husband often commented on how organized he was and how cleanly he and his team worked (and left the space after the day).
